RETURN POLICY

 

RETURN PROCESS (Exchange Only we do not offer refunds)

  • Merchandise must be received back to Cynsational Flare within 5 days of your delivery date and must email us for approval before sending the items back. Refunds and store credits are not an option! No exceptions!  Please allow us 48 hours to respond to your email. Note: you will not be penalized for the 48 hours that it takes for us to respond to your request.

  • All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, which means -- unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached, if any. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, the smell of smoke or any form of Oder will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For store pickup orders, you have 5 days from the date we notified you that your order was ready to be picked up to exchange.

FINAL SALES

  • The following items are not available for refunds, exchanges 

  •  Sale, Clearance items/If Purchased with a Discount Code (if you use any type of discount code that is a sale/clearance item so that is final sale), Bathing Suits, lace clothing

  • ALL WHITE ITEMS/ITEMS THAT ARE WHITE AND ANOTHER COLOR are final sale and can't be returned.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE

All bodysuits and swimwear are FINAL SALE


EXCHANGES

  • We do not allow multiple exchanges meaning you will not be allowed to exchange from a specific order multiple times. For example, if you place an order and receive it you are allowed to make an exchange one time from that order so once you receive your new item that is final sale. We can't allow you to receive the exchange and then send that back for another item. If you need clarification please call 312-678-5335.
     

RETURNING

  • Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.

  • Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to 5-7 business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification/text message with the status of your return.

SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • All orders will be shipped via USPS and should be received within 5-8 business days after processing (DUE TO COVID-19 USPS IS BEHIND PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WITH USPS 1ST BEFORE CONTACTING OUR OFFICE) . 

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 days of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We will notify you via email or phone.

  • Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled but you can exchange it if the item meets the exchange criteria.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Yes. International shipping is available. International shipping usually arrives within 10-15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Upon checkout, various international shipping rates will displayed to you.
